Why can't I log into QVscribe for Word and Excel?

Understanding common causes of QVscribe for Word and Excel login failures.

QVscribe defaults to Active Directory (AD) authentication during installation. If your organization doesn’t use AD or the AD integration setup is incomplete, you will encounter login errors like "incorrect username or password." This is the most common reason users cannot log into QVscribe for Word and Excel.

If your organization does not use AD, uninstall QVscribe and reinstall it with the Username and Password authentication option enabled. For help, contact QVscribe Support or your IT administrator.
