Why can't I edit Configurations or Glossary?

Understanding why you may not have access to edit Configurations or the Glossary in QVscribe for QTS or QRA Cloud

If you are unable to edit Configurations or add and remove terms from the Glossary, it is likely that your current user role does not include those permissions. Only users with the Configuration Author role can make these kinds of changes.

If you would like to have Configuration Author access, we recommend reaching out to one of your Admins internally to request the role.
