Why is my configuration is not showing up in the dropdown list?

For All Authors

If you are not seeing a configuration your team has created in the configuration dropdown list, try refreshing the configuration list.

Select Refresh at the bottom of the configuration dropdown menu. This option appears below other actions like Save, Save a Copy, Delete, and Restore from Last Save.

Because QVscribe uses a server-client structure, refreshing allows your client to retrieve the most up-to-date list of configurations from the server.

Note: Save, Save a Copy, Delete, and Restore from Last Save will be greyed out if you are not a Configuration Author.

For Configuration Authors

If your configuration is not appearing for other users, make sure the configuration has been saved so it is pushed to the server and accessible to others.

You can use the options at the bottom of the dropdown to either:

  • Save the configuration to update the configuration you are currently working in

  • Save a Copy to create a new configuration based on the current one

🦖Coach QRex: A quick way to check if you have unsaved changes is to look for an asterisk (*) next to the active configuration name.
