If your requirement shows "Not Editable" in the QVscribe pane, here's what you can do
In order for QVscribe to manipulate the information in your Requirement Management Environment, the text needs to come from an editable field itself.
The reasoning for this is due to making sure we don't interfere with permissions set within your environment, such as if your user doesn't have the rights to change the information we're reading, and to make sure that every edit to your important requirements is deliberate and not mistaken.
In this image, we have a simple requirement, and there are a couple key icons to notice.
Firstly - the lock icon after the Requirement ID indicates that, currently, QVscribe cannot allow you to make changes to that requirement.
The second icon, after the Not Editable text, will actually open a new tab in your browser directly to the requirement. Let's do that to continue.
Now, we're in the individual requirement view itself. As you can see, we still see that locked icon on the QVscribe analysis score. As mentioned above, we still don't have the ability to edit this requirement because the text isn't in an editable field. Selecting the pencil icon in Polarion in the upper right will allow us to edit the field.
Now that it is in an editable text field, the lock icon is gone. You can make your edits here and you will get real-time score feedback through the icon, or clicking on the QVscribe icon will open the QVscribe window, and here you can make the edits and get the full feedback from QVscribe all in one place.
Take note that we no longer have that locked icon, and this field is fully editable and will push the changes directly into Polarion. Make sure to save when you're done!

Remember that QVscribe interacts with Polarion work items that are in the "Draft" status - having a requirement in another status may still generate a score but will prevent the user from editing the requirement, as identified by the locked icon next to the score.
