Updating QVscribe for Teams server

We suggest completing the update during a call with us for incase there are any problems that occur.
Please make sure the QVS Team Server/QTS Auth service has been stopped.
Some clients may have the QV1-4 Configurations on the server we recommend that before running this update, you will need to remove the following configurations from the QTS Database, that can be found on PGadmin4, make sure that QTS service has been stopped.
QV1- System Requirements
QV2- Project Requirements
QV3- Atomic Statements 
QV4- Clear Statements 
Table location is as follows: Postgres12-16 database -> Schemas -> QTS -> Tables -> Configurations. 
 
Right click Configurations and select View -> Edit data -> All Rows  and then select QV1-4 and remove them. 
 
Before running the installation please make a backup of the QTS folder located on the server most commonly it will be "C:/qts" 
Run the installer to QVscribe Teams Server:
 

1. During the setup, ensure you select the folder you created in your C drive for your logs and your external properties. C:\qts\logs

 
 

2. When the installation completes, the installer will automatically open a browser window and navigate to the localhost for you.

Please note: the browser opened will be the default browser on your machine. However, it is recommended to ensure QVscribe Team Server is accessed via Google Chrome to avoid any issues.

3. Please wait for QVscribe Team Server service to launch. Wait approx. 30 seconds before refreshing the page on the browser to bring up QTS. The QTS launch time may vary depending on the machine.

If the service does not start running, please move the external.properties file from the backup QTS folder as well as any SSL keys that are in the QTS folder, to the newly made QTS folder.
