QVscribe for DOORS - Getting started

After QVscribe is Installed

Making sure the environment is setup to allow for QVscribe to display

Go to your DOORS environment and open up an artifact. 

Add in the DOORS extension, this will be provided by the deployment manager.

Open up QVscribe tool click on "User settings" and "Artifact Analysis", You will see a list of artifacts that can be scanned within your Artifact:

You can remove these artifacts that you do not want to get scanned, this will reflect in your QVscribe Document Analysis, on your Artifact page all the artifact types that have been removed, the scores will not show for those artifact types.

New Requirement:

When creating a new requirement, the score will update automatically while the requirement is being written, while a requirement is in edit mode you will be able to edit it within the QVscribe tool. 

QVscribe will lock after you leave editing the requirement. 

How to run a QVscribe document analysis:

At the top of a document list, the QVscribe document analysis button will appear

Upon clicking on this you will have the entire document analyzed and this is where you can see your scores, requirements and generate a report:
