How to Launch and Authenticate QVscribe for MS Office (QVscribe On-Premises)

Learn how to launch and authenticate QVscribe in Microsoft Word and Excel using the Office ribbon and complete license authentication.

After installing QVscribe for MS Word or Excel, you can easily access it through the new QVscribe tab located in the Home ribbon.

🔓 License Authentication Process

  1. Open Excel or Word and navigate to the QVscribe tab in the ribbon.

  2. Click the QVscribe button to initiate the license authentication process.

👉 If using Username and Password authentication:

  • You’ll be prompted to enter your login credentials.

  • After entering your information, click Continue to complete authentication.

  • The QVscribe pane will automatically launch on your active document.

👉 If using Active Directory authentication:

  • QVscribe will automatically authenticate using your Windows login credentials.

  • The QVscribe pane will launch on your active document without additional input.
